We provide a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return and a full refund of the product price, provided the criteria below are met.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure that:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate or sanitary goods (such as opened skincare sets) and gift cards are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once approved, your refund is processed immediately.

  • Timeline: While we issue the refund immediately, banks and credit card issuers typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

5. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
